Bro. Nathaniel grew up at the Columbiana Baptist Church in Columbiana, OH. After graduating from high school, he was mentored by his Assistant Pastor, Bro. Jason Gear and served several summers as volunteer staff at the Wilderness Christian Camp under Missionary Jason Perlak. Through this training, God brought Bro. Nathaniel to understand His will in working with teenagers. Bro. Nathaniel married Kelly in May of 2008 and accepted the position of Youth Director of Bible Baptist Temple in December of 2008. As Youth Director, Bro. Nathaniel has energized the teenagers toward a greater understand of God’s Word. With each activity there is a genuine desire to see amazing things happen in the lives of teenagers. He and Mrs. Kelly have become a vital part of the ministry at Bible Baptist Temple.
"We are excited about what God is doing here at Bible Baptist Temple with the teenagers. I think that we have a great group that loves the Lord and wants to serve Him. It is our goal, first and foremost, that every teenager is presented with the gospel. It is also our goal to be a help to their parents in teaching them Biblical principles of living, as well as showing them that Christians can enjoy serving God. We plan youth activities, teach, visit, and are there for the teenagers as they mature in their spiritual lives. It is a great blessing for me to be able to teach and preach to the teens as I know God has called me to that.
